Disable Greylisting For A single Hosting account Sometimes greylisting is not desirable for a customer and they want all of their emails delivered and not filtered. We can disable greylisting on an account-by-account basis. Information Needed To Complete Task Website address (e.g. www.mybusiness.co.uk) Step 1 - Login to their cpanel account Go to WHMCS, search for the hosting account and click on Login to cPanel. Step 2 - Click On Greylisting Locate and click on the Configure Greylisting. Step 3 - Disable greylisting Turn the switch to the off position.
